2023 Haring Center Auction COVID Precautions

The health and safety of our guests, patrons, families, staff and volunteers remains our top priority. The in-person event will operate with COVID-19 safety protocols* that reflect the most current guidance. All guests and volunteers will be required to show a photo of their negative COVID-19 test. Masks are recommended when you are not actively consuming our delicious drinks and gourmet treats.

COVID-19 Safety Protocols* for our In-Person event on May 20, 2023 at the Don James Center:

  • Photo proof of same day negative rapid test required. Your photo of a negative test will be checked at the north entrance to the stadium, before registration. Accepted photo proof is a picture taken by your phone of your negative COVID-19 test. 
  • At-home testing is highly encouraged.  To find At-Home Rapid Tests:
    • Order free testing kits from https://www.covid.gov/tests
    • Check out your local drug store and pharmacy. 
    • Online testing kits available for purchase from companies like CareStart, OnGo, Abbott BinaxNOW and more. For more options and information, please refer to the FDA Authorized At Home COVID Tests 
    • If you do not have a rapid test or forget, a limited amount of rapid tests will be available at the entrance to the Don James Center.
  • Masks strongly recommended.
  • Reduced event capacity.
  • The Don James Center is equipped with MERV-8 filters and will have windows and doors open for increased fresh air circulation.
  • Hand sanitizer will be readily available.
  • If you feel any symptoms, please stay home. Symptoms include:
    • Fever
    • Cough
    • Shortness of Breath
    • Sore Throat
    • Runny Nose
    • Headache
    • Muscle Aches
    • Chills
    • Loss of Taste of Smell
    • Nausea or Vomiting
    • Diarrhea
