What to Expect
A night of community, delicious drinks and dinner, spirited bidding in the in-person Silent Auction and Live Auctions, Wine and Spirit: Taste & Buy, drawings, and an inspiring program.
Attire
Camp Inclusion is right around the corner. It’s time to break out your camp best - whatever that means to you!
Whether it’s pulling out your clipboard, polishing your whistle, and adjusting your visor for a camp counselor vibe, dusting off your scout uniform, badge sash, and knee high socks in a nod to your old summer camp days, or going full glam in “khaki couture”... anything goes!
The Haring Center will be festive - guests will wear everything from camp gear to cocktail attire. What’s most important is that you feel comfortable and ready to celebrate with your fellow Haring Center campers! As a reminder, the Live Auction & Dinner is in a tent on our lawn, so layers and lawn-friendly shoes are encouraged.
Arrival
Doors open for the Auction at 5:00PM on Saturday, May 10. Arrive on time to make sure you have time to connect with friends and community members, take part in our silent auction - now back in person, Wine and Spirits: Taste & Buy and enjoy our fantastic cocktails, mocktails and hors d'oeuvres!
Silent Auction and Almost Live will close in sections. All bidding is in-person only.
Transportation and Parking
Parking Location: You’ll be able to park on any level of the South Parking Garage on the west side of the Haring Center for free after 12:00 PM on Saturday, May 18.
Traffic Warning: Please be aware, due to construction and external events there may be additional traffic in the area.
Ride Sharing: We encourage you to utilize ridesharing apps to safely arrive and depart the auction. You can direct drivers to drop off right in front of the Haring Center main entrance. Be sure to input address 1981 NE Columbia Rd.
Public Transportation: Buses that stop in front of the UW Medical Center at NE Pacific St. and NE Pacific Pl. may include: King County Metro 43, 44, 48, 133, 167, 197, 207, 271, 272, 277 and Sound Transit 540, 556.
