Become a Table Captain for our 2025 Auction!

Each year, the Haring Center Auction raises critical funds that directly support the EEU school and its phenomenal educators and staff. This year, our goal is to raise $775,000 to ensure a strong future for the Haring Center and open doors for generations of children of all abilities to learn, play, and grow together.

But the Haring Center Auction is so much more than a fundraiser - it’s a gathering of friends new and old, and a joyous celebration of inclusive education. As a Table Captain, you can help us fill the Haring Center with over 400 guests on auction night and grow our community of passionate, dedicated champions for inclusion!

Here’s what you need to know about being a Table Captain:
Gather your friends to fill a table of 10 at Camp Inclusion on May 10, 2025! 

• Option #1: Purchase a table and invite your fellow campers to join you by using the custom registration link we generate for your guests.
• Option #2: Purchase your own ticket and create a “Group Name” for your table when you register. Identify your table mates and invite them to join you in purchasing tickets for the auction - when you share the ticket purchase link, be sure to tell them to use your Group Name during registration so they will be placed at your table.

With our gratitude, Table Captains will receive:

• One ticket for each of our two auction drawings
• Priority table placement in the live auction tent
• Name and/or logo recognition on your table and in the auction catalog
